Virtual Assistant
(Work From Home)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update website , (using membergate software)
- create new web pages , using new URLs
- create newsletter templates,
- some basic web graphic design,
- update e-newsletters and manage distribution (via Aweber)
- perform administrative duties as required; e.g. upload articles onto other websites.
- Possibly rewrite and write articles.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): basic HTML, MS application proficiency, internet savvy.
- Knowledge of membergate software desirable but training can be provided
- knowledge of Aweber auto email responder program is and advantage but not required
- Ability to make recommendations, relating to web online promotion and knowledge
- Good writing skills desirable but not essential.
- Required language(s):English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
